Dallas - Orlando
I've been a big proponent of getting Grant Hill here in whatever way possible.
Just throwing some crap against the wall and seeing what sticks. Dallas moves Stack/Croshere, a nice young big in Mbenga and a young prospect in Ager. Orlando moves Hill, Arroyo, and Redick.
Dallas gets outside shooting, a backup PG. Orlando gets explosiveness off the bench and another big to pair alongside Darko/Dwight.

I like Hill, but I'd have to say to lateral a move, IMO.

I think it's a bit early to assume Orlando's ready to give up on Redick, isn't it?

Naw, I don't really like it. It messes with chemistry when we aren't improving much.

I'm kind of curious as to why Redick hasn't logged a single minute of PT... but I don't see any way the Magic would do this deal, because it's not like they need even more cap space... and why would we want another (see: inconsistent) point guard on this team?
I love Grant Hill, and I feel like he has been a great influence on that young team, but why make this deal? Just to make a deal? Because I'd rather have another big body on the bench than trade two bigs and our best roleplayer for three guards...

Somebody tell me why Orlando wants to unload Grant Hill? Heck he's been pretty instrumental in turning that team around....
