Reserving? Getting the apple App and reserving it that way worked for me. I got it on the first try that way.

Nah, they're saying that way is jacked up also. I may just wait until the hype and unorganized dealings go down.

There was apparently a leaked memo that said the white model wasn't going to be available in the reserving state. The app route wasn't jacked up for me, I got a confirmation e-mail saying it's a done deal.

Best Buy was the only place taking pre-orders for a white modeled iPhone4 but then informed anyone who had done so, the phone wouldn't be available until late July or August

AT&T pre-orders for the phone on launch day have sold out completely.
