Try try try to understand, they’re the Magic Men (a GDT)
Kidd is back
KP is back
We’re only missing Chriss who has to be inactive but has 5 days left on his deal and WCS (but do we really miss him?)

And WCS isn’t even with the team. At least Moses is still young and we can develop him. WCS doesn’t seem interested in playing basketball anymore. Not sure why you’d rather have him?

Is WCS ever going to play again? Moses shows up to work.

It’s like they picked her out of the crowd for winning a raffle or something. I’d rather them not do anything than bring that lady back.

Fortson will talk crap, but Luka was super inefficient. I liked his aggressiveness but his efficiency needs work. Under 40% from the field and under 20% from three. He’s having his worst shooting year since his rookie season and his three point shooting is the worst it has ever been in his entire NBA career. When we took leads in the first and fourth, he was driving and mid-ranging it. Second and third he just jacked threes and we kept letting Orlando make runs.
Brunson 19-5-3 is showing the world that he’s got value. At least a FRP if not two. We either gotta keep him or else trade him for something good. He’s just too damn good to get away.
No other takeaways. We got a lead and then treaded water for two quarters, but also showed that we could put shift into third/fourth gear in the fourth when it mattered.
That defense is the real deal.

Don’t think Brunson is getting traded. Teams would rather wait til summer. Not one team would give up anything of value at the deadline anyway.

Everything depends on that three point shooting. Shot 35% last night which is an improvement, but man can this team shoot themselves out of a game.
Just play best in league D and maintain discipline with the 3 point shooting. They could be contenders if they don't shoot themselves out of games.
The even more optimistic feel for this team is they could have a big 3 now with KP/Brunson/Luka. Stay healthy!!!!!!!!

Luka's efficiency this year is a huge issue. Absolutely. But, I noticed you left out his +/-, which you usually love to post (at least when it's negative...) ;] Game high +20, for the record. Luka controlled the game, per usual, made his FTs and didn't turn it over. Hopefully the efficiency will come around, because if it does, he's back in the argument for top 3 player in the league.
KP looked good. If he can get his three ball going that would help. Even 35%.
THJ still can't made wide open threes.

absolutely - he's almost 50-40-90 lately and carried us when Luka was out.
Jalen Brunson’s last 10 games:
16.8 PPG, 3.8 RPG, 6.1 APG
54.4 FG%, 42.1 3P%, 85.7 FT%

This should have been an offensive foul - Suggs clearly lowers his shoulder into Luka which amazingly only knocks him back one step (if Luka wasn't phat he'd have been into the baseline and maybe they would have called it. Luka ain't no Harden flopper, he stood up to that)
Also it looks like a travel but was "normal for NBA" - 3 steps? Sure.
in general i'd root for the Wagner kids but that was pretty annoying - didn't catch it the first time that he pretty much screamed in Luka's ear/face. speaking of kids, Mo is actually 2 years older than Luka lol
Luka needs to learn from Kobe and trash talk him in German - maybe Maxi or Dirk can help him for next time.

Wagner scream in Lukas ear should have def been a tech. He should have pointed it out ans went straight to the ref. All the theatrics afterwards amounted to nothing. If refs don't call that, then you pay him back the first chance you get after scoring. Then be done with it. You can't just take it, but there's a limit to how much attention you give to a scrub

The scream in the ear was stupid on so many levels. They were losing by quite a bit most of the game, and it wasn’t even a play Mo was involved with. And the play in question was just a layup right? It’s not liked someone dunked on Luka. Mo just looked like an idiot.

This is what I don’t get. Why is he flexing? He literally had no part on the play. Idiot.
