I'm the first to admit that Hambrick is not a starting running back in this league but one thing he could do really well is pick up a blitz.

Hambrick did nothing well. He was average on his best day. The running back situation in Dallas now is so much better than it was last year.

Actually, the two times two main times the skins got to the QB, it was either a lineman that didn't pick up the blitz (flozell) or Vinnie that didn't see the DB blitz to the side where there was no extra blocker to pick 'em up.

The 'skins score 7 points in the second half because of a horrible penalty on Wiley in the second half.

You don't run screens to running back screens to slow running backs.
You don't run receiver screens to slow receivers.

It's football common sense.

Sure, but it looked like the DB sniffed the play out rather quickly. That makes it much more difficult for a receiver to make that difficult block.
