 espn.go.com/nba/news/2002...18117.html INGLEWOOD, Calif. -- The Los Angeles Lakers signed free-agent guard A.J. Guyton on Wednesday. Terms were not disclosed. Guyton has averaged 5.7 points and 1.9 assists in 78 regular-season games with Chicago the past two seasons. The 6-foot-1 Guyton was drafted 32nd overall by the Bulls in 2000. He averaged 19.7 points as a senior and left Indiana as the school's career leader in 3-pointers made and attempted (283-of-684). He was among only five Hoosiers to score at least 2,000 career points. Haha! We were a force to be contended with before, but with this signing there is no stopping us! Lakermania, be honest. When the Lakers get to the playoffs, how much time do you actually think Guyton is going to get over Derek Fisher, None.

LakerMania, I don't know what you are getting all threatening about. Guyton might be able to post up bradley, but we'll resign Wang, and ain't no 6'1 guard stands a chance against his magician like defense.
