Why not Joe Johnson or Mike Redd?
I've been busy the past few months, and haven't kept up with basketball at all. Though tonight i had some time, so I went on line and saw that Redd and Johnson were FA's, and that Redd was unrestricted. I was thinking that with them letting go of Finley that there should be enough cap space to sign Redd, who already signed a contract a few years back with Dallas. Obviously if there was any possibility of this then it would be a hot topic. I'm just asking why isnt this possible?

not only are they signed, but cutting finley doesn't free up cap. and even if it did, they'd still be about 25 million dollars over the cap anyways.
