Signing all wing guys that can shoot the three. Nice, but we still need a 3rd best player type.

Because of my low expectations from the beginning in free agency (and looking to be correct, sorry overly optimistic peoples) if we get Dragic, I'd give free agency a C+.

I was just thinking the exact same thing, but man, Derozan is still unsigned. Why not make it an A+ fa for kicks?

We have 15 mil in cap space, Knicks can get up to 30 mil still. I don't see Spurs doing a s-n-t with us like wanting our trash (Powell). So I just don't see a path for us to get him, unless he just will take less to play with Luka. Or I guess if the Knicks don't want to pay more than 15 mil.

We need to dump Powell. Would be sad if that was what kept us from an impact player.

That's true if we can dump Powell for cap space, we're in there for sure. Guess we'll see.

I might have figured out a trick when you hit reply hit it twice real quick and it will go to a page about not doing a duplicate post, then it won't post a duplicate.

Maybe?
We need a creator /scorer.
If we had to play a game tomorrow vs a random team with this rosters I guess I'd roll out
Luka
THJ
Bullock
DORIAN
KP
Just such a lack of ball movement and creators

Reggie Bullock? 30 year old Reggie Bullock? Who averaged a whopping 10.8 ppg last year? I haven't been this excited since the Mavericks almost thought about re-re-re-signing Adrian Griffin that time.
Watched a fair number of NYKs games last year, and thought Thibs wrung everything possible out of Bullock, in the best possible way. Had him playing/producing over his head a bit, much like the rest of the team. Telling, perhaps, that they didn't care to keep him.
But he's no difference maker for a team like the Mavericks. Seriously, this is the best they can do?
Re-signing Hardaway? Puke. Sterling Brown? Side-eye. Reggie Bullock? A resigned 'wtf'.
The Nico Harrison era begins with a wet fart.

Not the bandwagoning type, personally.
But I kinda thought you'd be wrecking some Pacers blog by now. It's never too late!

Maybe the objective at this point is to build up KP's trade bait and ship him out......that's probably he only thing left we can do.
I would've rather signed guys like Malik Monk than Bullock or any of these guys.

I'm totally on-board with trading KP at this point. He deserves better than this.

Was it the Mavs fault he went from 23 ppg his first playoffs to 13 ppg this playoffs? If he was himself against the Clippers, we win that series.

I like the Sterling Brown signing. 42% from 3 and can defend. Kidd has knowledge of his game. What’s not to like?

Free agent Bobby Portis has agreed to a two-year, $9 million deal to return to the Milwaukee Bucks, with a second year player option, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium.
I would have taken him for that or even a little more.

I wouldn't have minded that at all, and after looking at the Green deal which would've been another nice one, all I can console myself with is the fact that we somehow managed, yet again, to hang on to Dwight Powell. :-O

I'm gonna guess that Portis deal wasn't available to the Mavs......he could've got way more if he wanted. Maybe he wants stability.

Adrian Wojnarowski: Gary Trent Jr., has agreed to a three-year, $54M deal to return to the Toronto Raptors, his agent and @KlutchSports CEO Rich Paul tells ESPN. Deal includes a player option on third year.
Ariza and Wayne Ellington to the Lakers.
