There really was no reason for THJ to shoot that shot right after WCS hustled for the rebound.

That was just low IQ

Could have pulled it out and ran a play

Powell and THJ is why this team can't be taken serious right now.

I don't care about their locker room leadership or off court community work.

These two guys need to go for a another key rotation player. That layup attempt by Powell was absolutely pathetic and he no lift what so ever.

THJ is just a straight chucker and is more liable to shoot you out of a game as opposed to in it doing the playoffs.

I feel bad for Rick. He cant trust anyone to put the ball on the floor and make a play. Only guys that are confident with ball in their hands are Luka, Richardson, Brunson, Burke and James Johnson. Brunson gets dogged on for ball hogging...but no one else is going to make a play when hes in. Burke seems a little timid sometimes because of his size...long players shut him down. He is not as skilled as Brunson at getting around those guys. Johnson just doesnt wear diapers. He is not the best but at least he is not scared. He gets the ball stolen from him a lot it seems....but at least he isnt picking up his dribble like everyone else.

Dallas needs more ball handlers or guys not afraid to dribble.

I feel like he's playing well. Anytime you question his play, compare it to DP.

He hasn't picked up fouls being on an island getting picked apart. Part of it is guards are letting everyone down to him.

I'd still take that all day every day over Powell.

It's clear as day he might not be a starter but neither is Powell.

So having said that he's a much better backup C than Powell and can't understand why Powell keeps getting 20+ minutes a night.

I agree with everything aside from feeling bad for Rick. I'm,sure he signs off on guys we sign or trade for. I also think he doesn't do himself many favors with rotations.

Who cares that Powell has no missed FT's that's probably because he doesn't create any fouls on offense like WCS when going up for lobs.
