Not sure why we're talking about Ellis, but the biggest reason he didn't work here is because we had too damn many ball-dominant players at the floor at once... Ellis & Parsons, in addition to a PG (Rondo, DWill, whoever), means 3/5 of your starting lineup needs the ball in their hands to be effective... At least Wes doesn't need to pound away on the rock to make an impact on offense.
