We are less than 1 month away!!
There have been numerous articles and advertisements. I am psychedddddddddd.

The LOST Supper.
Locke is Jesus.
It will be difficult walking around these next few weeks with a LOST boner.

I think they're just spoofing the classic BSG picture that of course, spoofed Da Vinci.
But seriously...less than a month... my LOST pants are reaching crazy state. It will all be over soon...

DANG IT! I was just coming here to start this, thinking I wanted to start the last season thread since Xerxes and aexchange have moved on... But maybe that would be a bad thing since I like hanging out here. Oh well, I am super psyched today..... mostly because of Thursday and Saturday nights but Lost coming shortly is playing it's part as well.

Ah. Ok.
Wow, it took me a long time to connect those dots. Shows you much I care about those particular events (not at all)

You people shouldn't get me thinking about LOST this early. I don't want to go prowling around the internet spoiling myself.
My wife started to tell me something spoilery the other day and I had to stop her.

I was under the (hopeful) impression that there was basic nothing spoilery out there, that they won't even show a single piece of footage because that would give too much away. I'm going to have to be much more careful, if there are indeed spoilers out there.
I watched season 5 in a day. I am ready.

President handout is getting close to messing with me in a very personal way...
Quote:
ABC insiders may soon want to tell President Obama to get "Lost."
The White House is finalizing plans for this year's State of the Union address and is said to be mulling two dates for the speech, according to a person familiar with the matter: Jan. 26 and Feb. 2.
So what's wrong with that? Well, Jan. 26 would mean an interruption of "American Idol" -- though Fox likely planned for that (or would simply tell the White House to take a hike, as it has before).
But Feb. 2? Other than the fact that it's a holiday (Groundhog's Day/TV MoJoe's birthday), that's the date ABC months ago staked out for the premiere of the final season of "Lost."
Yeah, right. We know.
The White House has already royally peeved the broadcast networks by scheduling so many primetime news conferences and speeches during President Obama's first year in office.
But forcing ABC to move "Lost"? Such a move could make the Tea Party protesters look like flies.
....

Between American Idol and LOST, the white house would be pissing off a good 35 million people.

Don't they know that TV is more important than important issues facing the country?

If it were an important issue, other than the same old song and dance State of the Union address, I would definitely not mind the preemption.
He should do this on a Friday... no one watches TV on Friday anyway and this is just a State of the Union thing.

Friday...that's traditionally sci fi night on tv. (Fox and Sci-Fi anyway)
If they could find a way to sci-fi up the State of the Union address, I am so there.

I love the internet...
Quote:
These fans would truly be lost without their favorite TV show — and they're taking their case to the top.
Fans of the ABC series about marooned plane crash survivors fear President Barack Obama will give his State of the Union address Feb. 2.
That's the same day as the three-hour premiere of the final season of "Lost."
Twitter comments Wednesday included "Leave my LOST alone, Skippy!" and "Come onnnn, Obama..pick another day."
The Facebook group "Americans Against the State of the Union on the Same Night as LOST" asks "When will it end?" It notes that Obama already bumped "A Charlie Brown Christmas" for his Afghanistan speech in some markets.
The White House isn't saying when Obama will speak. An ABC spokesman wouldn't say whether the network would consider moving the premiere.

That being said, it is interested that Kate is in Judas Iscariot's place at the table.

I hate the internets. I read, unexpectedly, a mild spoiler.
I had this awesome firefox add on when I was waiting to read HP DH until I finished CCIE.... It worked great where it blacked out any sentences where any references to HP were found on any page anywhere.... I wish someone would do that for Lost.

I've seen a few casting related spoilers while not even remotely looking at LOST things. They intrigue me.

I can't believe this is the last season. Sadly, the amount of anticipation I have for this year may end up disappointing me. Hopefully, Lost can exceed expectations... I mean, they've done it before.

I'm not going to watch that sitting at my desk, but I can only imagine it is hilariously true-ish.
And I'm not ashamed. No way. I am a LOST nerd.
