I will get attacked for this, but Luka needs to be the leader and hasn't always lived up to that.

I understand why-- he's been thrown into a leadership position here at 19. He only had Dirk for a year and Dirk is not a vocal leader. Since then, we've seen a parade of guys coming through for a season or less.

But his emotionality is an issue. He has to be a team player and he has to control his emotions better (both with refs and teammates)
