James does all 4 things. Collison not so much.

Rick agrees, Hubie agreees and i agree. You not so much.

James +19 Collison -12

Their next 5 games they will play OKC, Spurs, Magic (Vaughn has them playing harder than their record shows), and Portland, so it was an important win.

Agree, but Collison has to learn what to do, can't do that by being on the bench. The D was crap, yep. But the long 2 by James was bs!

That long two by James is half on Dirk.

And I'd rather just get the win.

I'll rewatch once it's archived on League Pass. Dirk didn't move after setting the screen until about 8 seconds left. There was about 6 on the clock IIRC when James took the shot. They weren't going to get a better look than that with Dirk double-teamed and everyone else staying home and very little time on the clock.

BTW, Dirk's last defensive rebound was huge. He does not grab many rebounds but in crunch time he always grabs the important ones.

ps: James' shot was absolutely OK. It was a typical Dirk-Jet situation.

Because there was no need to take that long 2 with plenty of time of the shot clock. It was just a bad shot. If he'd have drove to the lane and popped one, I wouldn't have cared so much. But its a low percentage shot.

There were ~5 seconds left on the clock, and no one was even remotely open, and there were at least three defenders between him and the rim. That's the best look you're getting there.
