If you were RC what would your starting lineup be?
PG: West (the guy delivered it while kidd's absences)
SG: Carter (still has some hops left)
SF: Marion (our energy guy)
PF: Dirk (go to guy)
C: Wood (I would play Mahimi depending on opponent)

lol That has worked so far.
But yeah no doubt the bench should be a big part of our team. Carlisle taking away our depth by overplaying the starters kills our team.

i agree, becuz our benched outscored our starters in most games. But i wanna see Odom in the starting lineup for a couple of games; he hasnt been efficient off the bench

It has worked except for three last second shots.

Our 2 best players are at SF and PF. Hard to find room for Odom. Maybe he needs to be traded.

i think odom is confused about who he is at this point, hes taking shots instead of distributing the ball. Hes gotta learn to be effective without the ball

In the wise words of Avery. "play harder"
Odom needs to play a lot harder and quit settling. He could have an impact but he looks to be lazing about.

Why is that surprising? Were you not watching during our win streak?
This year West has a AST% of 27%. Kidd's is 26%.
West has a TO% of 17%. Kidd's is 28%
West is beating, and destroying Kidd in the 2 things Kidd is supposed to be best at.

I don't have much of a problem with the starting lineup as it is. It hasn't been great, but it hasn't really been bad, either, and once Dirk gets his legs under him it should be in much better shape than it has been. That said, I'm having a hard time convincing myself that there's any good reason why Kidd should be playing more than 24 or so mpg right now. Add to that the fact that he's 100% guaranteed to be in the closing 5, and I remain receptive to the idea of a West/Carter starting backcourt; provided Vince didn't suffer something more serious than a sprain the other night, of course. That'd set Dallas up to start subbing in the direction of a Kidd/Jet/Vince/LO/Mahinmi lineup sometime around the 6 minute mark of the first and third quarters, and then mix and match from there up until the last 4-6 minutes of each half when the Kidd/JET/Marion/Dirk/Mahinmi group could close things out.

Even though we've blown out teams like MIL, SAC and DET with this successful line-up, I reckon we need size at the SG

The problem with starting West and Roddy is that you then don't have any size/length on the floor. IMO, that's a problem these days. I'm tired of our guards getting bullied around. I say start West and Vince, let Vince do the bullying.

West/Carter has already proven themselves. Unfortunately, Rick Carlisle doesn't care about that.

If I was RC, I would keep doing the same things he is doing with the team every night.
The team has lots of potential-simply needs some time to get all rolling.
Cuban said it right at ESPN: Its just a question of time.
So say it loud, say it proud.
We are clearly a title favorite!
No need to panic.

West is a "rookie" on our team.
Carter is also new to our system, but he can compensate it with his overall experience.
I simply think that there should always be at least one experienced guy in the backcourt. Rooddy+West is too "shaky" for my taste.

I like the rotation with the exception of West starting and not seeing anything after. I think West should get back in to close out the 1st and 3rd quarters giving Kidd a few minutes before the quarter break. Right now you're looking at kidd for all of the 1st and 3rd quarters and the last 4 of the 2nd and 4th quarters. I think we should pull Kidd with about 3 minutes left in the 1st and 3rd quarters.

Makes no sense... to think Delonte is a rookie in any sense of the word. In fact, Delonte has played in 54 playoff games and VC has played in 56.

Kidd is a negative right now and especially on the offensive end so any talk that doesn't mention that he should get less minutes is ignorant. Obviously, I hope he plays better but his overall play is poor. Kidd hit a shot!!!
I actually like Kidd and West playing together because they are smart and think similarly, but without Kidd playing better, I can't advise any lineup with Kidd in it.
