I just went through the process of making a league just to see the settings, and I didn't see a place to choose a normal draft or snake draft.
Weird.

I think the only way maybe to make it work that way is the manually set the order. And I wrote down the order so I'm willing to put that into the system as we had it.

Monday: anytime before 3pm Tuesday: all day. all night. Wednesday: anytime before 3pm Thursday: all day. all night. Friday: all day. all night. Saturday: all day. all night. I am willing to cancel everything that comes up lol.

I bet it did the draft order that way because it was a keeper league. A lot of keeper leagues don't do snake drafts after the first season.

I think I figured out what the issue is/was. If you look at the draft order, the first three rounds are non-snake. After that it snakes.
BG when you made the league, I bet you chose to use the 2009 keeper rules. You need to select no on that. If you selected yes, it's expecting us all to have three keepers from the previous season. Anyone that doesn't have a keeper assigned participates in a non-snake draft round. That all probably doesn't make sense reading it like that, but that's what happened.

It asks you if you want keeper rules for this season and next season. You choose no for this season and yes for next season.
