He allows the Celtics and Lakers aquire superstars for nothing. It's not fair. But, that's making money. He is doing his job.

EDIT: I want to fire him, but it won't happen. If L.A. and Boston are happy, then the NBA is happy.

It should be considered because of the 06 finals the lakers-portland series, the Kings-Lakers series, The sonics and Suns series back in the day but apart from that he has done a pretty good job
