RE:Dallas @ Denver Gameday Thread
The Mavs need Dampier to match Denver's muscle. I'd guess, though, given the pace and the altitude and the fact he's been out for a few days that Damp's minutes may be limited.

Harris looks god awful out there. Hopefully Terry will calm things down out there. (Never thought I'd say that.) Too bad we've lost our lead now.

Harris and Stackhouse are 5-15. Greatness.
Good thing Denver is missing all those ft's.
Someone might want to keep an eye on Buckner.

RE:Dallas @ Denver Gameday Thread
What does anyone want to bet that Dirk came down on someone's foot...I'm so pi**ed about this...teams are intentionally doing this to the MAvs and it's got to stop!!!! It's very dirty play!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RE:Dallas @ Denver Gameday Thread
That's a rolled ankle for sure. Could be missing Dirk for a few weeks.
His ankles had been doing well so far, too.

Harris just isn't a smart player at this point in his career. I'm amazed at the stupid decisions by that guy. He'll eventually get there, but he's nowhere close offensively right now.

Dirk in 18 minutes has taken only 7 shots.
Harris in 15 minutes has taken 8 shots.
Stackhouse in 13 minutes has taken 7 shots.

...just a matter of time before he came down on someone's foot on a jumper?
I suppose it was just a matter of time for Jason Terry to role an ankle while running through the lane stepping on a foot.

RE: Dallas @ Denver Gameday Thread
Dirk suffers more ankle sprains. I wouldn't be surprised if he's out for awhile. Finley was able to walk on his, and he's gone for a couple of weeks. Dirk jumped and came down on his ankle.

RE:Dallas @ Denver Gameday Thread
In my opinion, some posters are missing the big picture...teams continually body the Mavs like a weak sister, step under our jump shooters and punch Dirk in the face...not much we can do it about on this board but...it's not all just bad luck as it seems some posters believe..its's a deliberate strategy by the opposing teams to injure the Mavs and it works...anyone else notice that Nellie did not take ONE time out during the Nuggets' resurgence...he is the worst coach in the nba and is blessed beyond his worth to have the talent he has...
