Babe did it in 1300 fewer at bats(because he mostly pitched the first 4 years of his career). Someone please try and tell me the Babe wasnt the best????

He wasn't, he also had alot of strikeouts too. Just what is he supposed to be the best at?

let me think...hitting 714home runs????? and 4 of those seasons he pitched!! hardly batted at all... And that was when the ball was NOT juiced. The year he hit 50, the next 3 highest homerun totals combined were not 50. He was in a class all by himself...argue if you want- but you cant back it up by saying he struck out alot.....his career batting average was way over .300 FORGET ABOUT IT...
