I won't be critical of it but at the same time I think in todays NBA you need to have a more hands-on guy but this goes back to the argument that he doesn't have a relationship with players around the league outside of guys he grew up with. Its gonna hinder this team. I don't know how much but its essentially going into a boxing match with one hand tied behind your back. Nico is going to have his hands full.
