The record for a number of fouls called in a non-overtime game is 55. In tonights game, 53 have been whistled.
Still 2 minutes to play.

The Clippers lead 88-87 after the Sonics make both ft's.
Still 4.9 seconds left. I would guess they foul immediately and make it a ft contest. Whew, that is A LOT of fouls called.

Now that was a crazy finish to a game I've seen this year.
The Clippers had a 2 point lead with 3. something seconds left. The Clips threw in a terrible inbound pass. It was a lob near midcourt and Desmond Mason was able to get the steal and had an open lane to the basket. Instead of dunking it he under armed the pass and it bounced off the back rim. Clippers win.
