The otter Kings tonight will be the Mavs, and Sir Harrison Barnes will rule the otter Queens....
Mavs - 110
Otter Queens - 101

This is a game Mavs can start some momentum. I can tell they want to win, but shots haven't been falling. Playing against the kings is a good shot to start something.

Feed Barnes more, then other players like Gibson can get open to score.

The only momentum we want from the Mavs is the terminal velocity kind.

Wes becoming the man we thought he was. Day-dreaming of a Fultz - Wes - Barnes 1-3.

With Brussino out there, it can spread the floor to help Barnes, Deron, other Mavs.

Huskies fans watching Fultz must be like Mavs fans watching Barnes. There just isn't much else to look at.

You'd think the supposed best college player in the country would touch the ball more....especially being down by 25pts only 12 minutes into the game.

Wasn't a good half for fultz at all. I don't watch enough college bball to have an opinion about his team but the half time crew mentioned ben simmons situation last year. That Fultz is just on a bad team. Would be nice to see him take over though. Simmons never took over to me but he always looked like the best player on the floor due to his passing. Fultz isn't that kind of gifted passer. He needs to score more in the 2nd half.

What is wrong with you my fellow Mavs fan? You want to win 30 games? Why? Just do the math, we are out of the playoffs already, a couple days ago I said we would need to be a 60-win pace team to make the playoffs, one of my fellow posters corrected me, it would have been enough to be a 53-win pace team.
But now, with two more losses, I suspect we are close. Do you see this current team winning 60 games for the season? And that would be for the 8th seed! Just wake up, guys, and embrace this thing, it will be worth it, I'm telling you. Have perspective, this is the best thing that can happen to this team currently.

I think the Ben Simmons comparison is spot on. And your right, he's not the same level passer. I think his gift is in his scoring and patience. I see him as a Dwayne Wade at the next level. Hopefully he can put together a better season than LSU did last year. Either way, I don't see him NOT going number 1 next year.
The question for us, Mavs fans, is IF we got the number 1 spot whether we would want him or multiple picks. Based on the depth of this draft, I have a hard time thinking we wouldn't want to trade down if the right combination of picks came. Its just hard for me to remain patient when I see how great Fultz will be at the next level. If he isn't a 22 and 6 guy by year 2 I would be completely shocked.
