What a douche. That lil guy is going to be broke in 10 years. His next contract will be an eye opener.

Overreaction. Millionaires go to strip clubs, and billionaires groom sex slaves. DSJ is no more a douche than the long line of young NBA players with money before him.

Because others are douches, doesnt make him less of one. He has been on track to be one since he was drafted.

DSJ got a non-guaranteed camp invite from Blazers.
He's improving, but is stuck in that limbo between being a prospect and being an NBA player and with four years under his belt, he no longer qualifies for a two-way deal.
We'll see if he can turn that training camp spot into a vet min deal or if this is his last stop in the league.

I hope it works out for him. It’s crazy how far he has fallen off since we traded him.

We need to remember that plenty of nice sweet white collar guys on Wall Street have blown their millions on cocaine, hookers, trophy wives etc. Only difference is they have very little innate talent vs. NBA players.

I'm starting to think the Mavs should have kept KP and instead of making that bad deal with Washington they could have just waited it out. Signed Dragic and DSJ to fill those same roles Bertans & Dinwiddie are being asked to play with cheaper guys.
Dragic could've been the extra shooter and Smith the backup ball handler role who could attack the rim.
Smith is also leaps and bounds a better defender.

Rick seems to be the type of coach who simply wasn't good with young players.
The fact that other players had an issue with Rick as well as Luka makes me believe DSJ got a bad rep here for no reason.
Rick also might have been part of the reason why some FA's didn't consider coming to Dallas.

I'm one of DSJ's biggest supporters, but he makes little sense with Hardy here. And he just doesn't seem to have a high BBIQ. Made a lot of puzzling mistakes on Portland last season.
