Consistently bad is consistent.

Shams: The Suns have traded Ariza to the Washington Wizards for Kelly Oubre and Austin Rivers.

Most unwatchable "star" I've ever had the displeasure of watching. The few Rockettes games I've watched this year, the seats are bare ass empty as well. Not even Houston fans wanna pay to see that ugly ass game of his.

Why the hate? It's his signature move! Just like Jordan's flying dunk, A.I. crossover-over ankle breaker, Dirk's one legged fade away! You're just hatin' on a future HoF!
That was with heavy sarcasm btw.
I found this a while back and still think it's hilarious. James Harden Be Like ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CyAna5Z83Ow

Feels like not enough credit is given to the Mavs for Parsons. Even if he returns to old form now, no way he was worth the contract back in the day. Still wish him the best. Injuries suck for everyone.

Are you referring to this drama? http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/2...ed-knee-injury
Memphis has paid him just shy of $70m to play only 73 games over 3 seasons. That's almost a million per game for a guy averaging 6.6 PPG... Boy, am I glad we dodged that bullet.

What amazes me about the West the most is the fact that it will be super hard for teams to call it a season just based on the distance to the playoffs. It's very possible that with 20 games left, everyone but the Suns will still have a chance to make it. That's insane. Are there even sellers for the trade deadline in a month?
I think you're well advised not looking at your record but seeding. Five games back this season equals to ten+ games back in any other season. The distance is greater than it might appear because going on a run in the conference is not possible for a mediocre team unless you run into a very favorable stretch of your schedule.

They're going to be desperate for a PG now.
Harris for Kawhi would work straight up, right?

Also, I'm back and forth on Spurs fans.
One on hand, the dude brought a championship to SA and was integral to keeping them relevant post-Duncan, Parker, and Ginobili, at the very least making that transition smooth.
Then again, if say Doncic went completely dark and AWOL on us with no transparency, I dunno...
I think I'd just be happy to be done with the saga and get 3 years of DeRozan out of it.

Who do you like?
Kawhi - probably not on the block unless they realize that he won't return and want something for him. Still not a guy I'd trade for given his past
Ibaka -Fits perfectly at least in theory with defensive intensity and rebounding, but at only 29 (at least what he claims) he seems to be on the downhill slide.
Monroe - All scoring. Worse defender and rebounder than Powell. Not a great fit.
Valanciunus - Pretty decent backup center that plays pretty similarly to Jordan. Solid rebounder. Not a great defensive player (just like Jordan). Earning 16.5 though, and can opt out this summer. Maybe if we could get Powell to make some threes against them and Peddie was drunk, we could trade Powell and Harris for him.
Green - Smart SG with good defense and a three point shot. Has Matthews' skillset, but a lot more under control and quicker defensively. Still, he's 31. Not exactly a young core, but would play with Doncic well.

EL, more general statement, sorry for phrasing. I'd think the Mavs would only be interested in draft picks for any player they'd want from us.
But I also misread the trade and see that they actually sent their 1st rounder to the Spurs and not the other way around.
It's maddening the Spurs got out of that saga as seemingly smooth as they did...

LeBron is out the next three games, at least, which includes the match-up against the Mavs on Monday.

How in the world does Ayton shoot 3 times in 28 minutes and only 5 rebounds... against the corpse of Gortat?

Ayton is worse than Chris Kaman at defense...and I'm not joking.

Yeah I've watched a few games and he's awful at defense. Worse than I thought he'd be honestly. But he should be able to abuse the shit out of most centers offensively since there aren't a lot of good ones. And Gortat?!?!?! I mean wow... But I wonder if that is more PHX offense... I only ever see him shoot a 12 foot jumper on rare occasions and then all of his other points are like putbacks.
