I'd rather pro designers have a hack at it than some amateur photoshop, fan made uniform design be worn in an actual game.

This.
I don't just hate the skyline, but the jersey number being located down on the stomach is a really horrible idea... Did anyone think about putting these things on a human?
At least #8 is clean and doesn't look like a bad photoshop job, although I don't really like any of these designs.
Bring back the diddy!

I'll tell you this being very close to the design field. There is often very little distance between someone who gets paid to design, and someone who does from passion. Most designers use Photoshop and Illustrator...professionally.

I think the biggest problem with using the skyline is that the city failed to make the necessary updates to the skyline in 2011...

Is anyone with pinstripes ripping off the Yankees? Did we rip off Cleveland when we put "Mavs" on the front, which is very evocative of "Cavs"?
I dunno, I don't really get the ripoff argument.

It's almost as if you're saying it's a little difficult to do something completely unique when it comes to uniforms.
Here's an idea.. use Roman Numerals.. that would be unique wouldn't it?

Don't really like any of them. The skyline one probably looks most polished. No resemblance to the Nuggets mountains. Overall the designs look like designs by amateurs, probably because they are.

Take all the NBA jerseys that ever existed, and put them into one big pile. Now pull out the ones that have a city skyline.
Does that help you understand?
