I fully expect that Gortat and Hollins are in 1-2 years underpaid players

I would agree with that assesment for Hollins. But the mavs were never going to resign Hollins. It was obvious that RC didn't like him and refused to see his potential. He gave him very little playing time to develop or really show his abilitys. He was just not in RC's plans. That was stated by RC's actions most of the season and verbally by the FO a month ago.
