Especially when Jackson started going crazy. Any coached out there upset with Nellies game plan?

I would have probably called a timeout and then put Buck on him or at least Griff.

He just looked like he was in a higher gear then the Mavs guards in the 2nd half...

With the players we have now, there is very little that could be done. Buckner MIGHT be able to cover him, but Jackson is a lot quicker. Griffin/Newman would have been eating dust like Nash/NVE.

Buckner had success on Bibby, it couldn't have hurt to see if he could do anything with Jackson.
Griffin looked ok in this game, couldn't have hurt to try him again.
I would have taken Nash out cause he was more out of control and the 9 turnovers is all the evidence you need for that. NVE had some questionable shots, but was much more under control.

I just want to know what happened to Nash. About the mid-point of the season, we were RAVING about his defense.

His whole game was off today- he really looked out of control...

Nash hasn't been terribly impressive in the post-season.
His defense has taken a dive and that's the biggest flaw. Like MFFL said, the defensive slide started about half way through the season.
He's too out of control, he's more about wild shots, wild passes and over the top play than what we need.
I'm not knocking him down to Jason Williams, but that's what he is reminding me of right now. All about show instead of quality. Wanting to make that play to make the crowd oh and ah, be it a wild pass or shot, instead of the smart play we need.

playing Buck on Bobby J as soon as he shows signs of getting hot ...
rather go with 1 PG and both Griffin and Buck on Bobby and Bibby than playing VanE and Nash on D
playing Wang, LaF AND Dirk with Finley and 1 PG to force them to go big with both Webber and Divac fouled up
quietly telling Fin not to throw away the possession late in the 4th
