Carlisles lineups are puzzling. I don't understand them. Pretty sure he has his reasons, but it's simply not translating onto the court.

You guys really think Dirk needs 35 minutes? He could barely move while he was out there as it was. This isn't a video game.

2 more minutes on the court would have killed him and he wouldn't be able to make curls for the rest of his career. Sounds like you're trying to justify an overall shitty coaching job by Rick.

Clippers played sloppy for 3.5 quarters with 19 turnovers and still win with ease.

I though not starting Brand in the 4th helped doomed the team. Kaman in the PnR defense...

Carlisle definitely went to sleep during parts of the game. Paul played the entire 2nd half.
Nice scoring game from Collison.

Dirk needs 30min and 20 shots.

He also needs teammates with a higher BBIQ. That's all.

look at Dirk's FG% and FG-A in '03-'04 '07-'08

http://espn.go.com/nba/player/stats/.../dirk-nowitzki

Devin Harris, Antoine Walker, Antwan Jamison... Collison, Mayo, Carter.

Cool, and let the guy that could barely move play the entire fourth quarter? For the record, Dirk got his shot blocked by a point guard and dribbled the ball off his foot on a spin move today. He's not helping anything out there when he can't move.

Mavs were down 3 when he left. Down 5 when he came back. To say that's where we lost the game is shortsighted.
