This was my very first message-board. Good to see its still up and running for a while longer. Can't remember my old password and the e-mail must have been an old college one.
The irony is I moved to Dallas and don't really get excited about the Mavs much anymore. This place had some characters with Chiwas, evilmav, madape and others. Murph has some how made it through the good and bad times.

BrianJ I was only here a short time and had absolutely no idea about basketball during that time period. Was basically just a fan of the Dirk and Nash combo once Nash went to Phoenix stopped watching every game.
I remember you were into all things Texas related. Finally made it to the AAC to witness the cocaine and boob job crowd first hand, but was a little disappointed. Never heard that annoying Dirk squeal thing the PA guy does before that game. Good stuff regardless there were a lot of die-hard fans on here that were funny. Glad to see its still alive. You would think MFFL #1 could spend the minimal amount to keep this going?

Not shutting down is great!
I was away from the board for about a month- big life changes, etc.
And had all games on DVR. Every time I'd get caught up I'd have to leave town and would be a few games behind. First time in weeks I logged in and saw "site shutting down" it was surreal.
This place has been a huge part of my life for about a decade. Hope we can keep it going somehow.

Has there been any movement on this? Keeping the site alive past this season.
After the season will be much more difficult to rally support

If it is closing at the end of the season then if there are plans for a new site they should prolly get rolling before the season ends... My neighbors and family will get tired of me discussing free agency with them with no alternative outlet.
--Edit--
I've been clicking banners once a day doe!

Everyone keep doing this and the chances of the site sticking around will increase... Don't click a bunch at once or Google will get suspicious, but definitely try to click once or twice each time you visit.

Make Dallas-mavs.com Great Again
We will build a beautiful wall just south of Waco... and Houston and San Antonio are going to pay for it!
