Gracias Rhylan. Yes, I'm afraid working closely with Cuban and Puerto Rican clients, has taught me the art of accenting my attempt at the good spanish written word. Many hispanics are lazy enough to avoid the use of the opening question mark and the accent mark (and others). Spanish rules request the use of those marks but sometimes they aren't needed and many people use this reason to not make use of them at all; but most times they are very useful and make the language easier, very standarized and more solid. Printed books and newspapers use them always. It's formal spanish. Go MisterRana!
