not sure how this crash happened, but check out this video of strangers rescuing a family from a burning car. cool that it was caught on video but i'm pretty sure my first thought in a situation like this would NOT be "holy shit, let me get my camera!"

This will be a flashback for some...Made for TV movie directed by Ron Howard...filmed at Town East Mall in Mesquite in 1978!!!

I remember seeing this on a TV special as a kid back in the early 80's...then when we moved to Dallas and my parents took us shopping at Town East, I recognized it from the movie.

Perhaps a bit corny, but at the time I was 11 or 12 years old...it was a trip...now it's a trip to go down memory lane.
