Golden quote by Kaman about his end of the game right-handed hooky...
“Lucky shot, you know?,” Kaman said. “That’s what Dirk says anyway.”

He's always down for some gun/hunting talk, too.
Last night's hypothetical (I forget who asked him this) was what gun he would use if he had to hunt Toronto before playing them. He said he couldn't decide without knowing whether he was in a perch or on foot.

I'm sure it is just an anomaly, but anomalies can cost you games.

A little late, but for what it's worth, Carlisle wasn't worried. He said he only worries about things like that when they become a trend.
They missed too many, but without Terry and Kidd this team is not quite as good from the line. 66% isn't really that bad.

I would say for an NBA team, that is pretty bad.

Free Throws: Dallas had a 79.9 FT% over last 5 yrs (average rank of 4th in league). This year - 71.0 FT% (25th in the league).

Yeah, but it's a small sample size that doesn't include their most active and accurate FT shooter... What do the last 5 years look like without Dirk's numbers?
