GDT: Mavericks @ Nuggets 7:00 CT (3-5-14)
Mavs are trying to end a two game losing streak in Denver tonight against a Nuggets team who's currently on a losing streak of their own. They've lost six straight but recently got their star point guard, Ty Lawson, back from injury who recorded 31 points and 11 assists in a loss on Monday to the Timberwolves.
Due to the Suns losing to the Clippers last night, the Mavs are back in the 7th seed of the Western Conference, but are separated from the 9th seeded Grizzlies by just one game, so the Mavs must win tonight to create some breathing room. Dallas Mavericks (36-25) @ Denver Nuggets (25-34) - game will be broadcasted on ESPN and FSSW Seems like all our games now are being nationally televised

Seems like one of those games the Mavs do not luck out on. Nuggets are desperate just to win, and the Mavs well, theyre just floating.

I'm looking for a big game from Dirk and Monta. I would really like to see Carlisle iron out some kinks and flaws he has had recently in his lineups. He needs to lean on big Sam some more and try to keep him motivated. He left him out of the game too long vs SA and we lost ground to them with Dirk and BWright in.

I just drove 300 miles to Denver to we my 1st live mavs game since game 5 against Miami. Go Mavs. Make me glad I made the trip

Terrible defense early on. Forcing steals is fine, but it doesn't make up for the other flaws.

Calderon's defense is so bad it doesn't really matter how good he is on offense, and he's really just above average offensively anyway, not great.

Something about Denver, they know how to woop up on Dallas...FO can justify their moves over the years all they want, bottom line is the results arent getting it done. Expectations are a little higher for a team thats made playoffs 12 years in a row.
