@RyanFieldABC: Line of the night from Shaq:
“When I was on the Lakers...I would stand in the paint for 8 seconds and they would never call it. Thanks Tim Donaghy!”

@PettyAirJordan: Congrats to LeBron for surpassing MJ on the All-time Scoring List
It only took him

Since Buddy Hield claimed he would "bet his house" on making the playoffs, the Kings have gone 3-6 and are now 4.5 games out of 8th seed.
Prior to his wager on Feb. 20, the Sacramento Kings were 30-27 and within striking distance of 8th seed.
Now the Kings are falling out of the playoff race and could potentially end the season as the 10th in the West.
Buddy's shooting splits since then: 39.5/32.5/92.7
Interesting move by Buddy as he now inches closer to being homeless.
In other news, the Kings are .500 in mid-March!

@MikeVorkunov: James Dolan says players & their agents have told Knicks they want to come to NY. Says Knicks' young players won't be team centerpieces next year.
"I can tell you from what we’ve heard I think we’re going to have a successful offseason when it comes to free agents."
1) Is tampering still a thing?
2) DSJ "illness" incoming.

It was so obvious when they cleared out their longterm contracts attached to KP. All they wanted is to clear out THJ and Lee and get a couple of picks.

@wojespn: Milwaukee's Malcolm Brogdon is expected to miss six-to-eight weeks with minor plantar fascia tear in his right foot, league sources tell @malika_andrews and me.

LeBron mathematically eliminated from the playoffs... GOAT in the East, JAG in the West.

@ZachLowe_NBA: That Jeremy Lamb shot completely changed the East playoff race. Charlotte has a chance to win tie-breakers over Nets, Pistons, and Orlando. Last day of season: Heat @ Nets, Magic @ Hornets. Yowza.

@espn_macmahon: Kemba Walker scored 47 points, including 22 in the final 5:04. The rest of the Hornets’ starting lineup scored 6 points in the 111-102 loss to the Jazz.

@IraHeatBeat: TNT bypasses Dwyane Wade's final home game, instead will air Celtics-Wizards on Tuesday night.

I am so fucking excited about the thought of Wade missing the playoffs after his whiny ass look at me piece last week throwing shade at Dirk.

Gary Payton, who won a ring with Miami against the Mavs in 2006, did not attend Wade’s final home game last night... He attended Dirk’s instead.

I think it boils down to Dirk... The guy’s personality is just magnetic.

Nice to see Wade get no home treatment like Dirk did last night. That was so surreal and Ill always remember it.

From what I saw -- and admittedly, I didn't spend much time watching it -- I thought the tributes that were done for Wade looked really forced and unnatural. Especially the players. Looked like his teammates were tired of it all. Such a contrast to Dirk's last game at the AAC.

Can’t blame the teammates. It was literally an entire season of jersey swaps. It was all forced love. All about me, me, me.
