Yes...he has said that he believes cubes has earned the right to do what he will. However he also has noted that he thought it was the Dwight/deron plan which now cubes denies and steineymo says is probably a bust. He also openly wonders now about whether cubes has whiffed on his plans because Dwight is off the table.

Anyone questioning cuban is an idiot according to cubes.

Hard to draft well when you're always drafting at the bottom. Hard to sign big name free agents when you're constantly capped out from paying your existing, awesome core.

Cuban has a habit of saying stupid things but that doesn't mean he shouldn't be given the benefit of the doubt when it comes to the directional future of the team. I also don't see the advantage to be gained in Cuban admitting to any sort of plan publicly.
