On different boards, posters said that Danny Ainge made a comment about how Antonio McDyess was in the deal too, but was pulled at the last minute.

Anyone else hear it? I didn't, so I was hoping someone could add to it, etc...

There wasn't a lot to it. Ainge just said that McDyess was in the negotiations up until the last minute when Kiki changed his mind and pulled him. There was a kind of offhand mention of Finley's name so apparently Finley-McDyess might have been the thinking there but Ainge didn't say that explicitly.

Vecsey gave a firm negative which probably means there was some truth to it.

Diddn't hear about McD in the deal, but I did hear that McD insisted that TimBug be included from Mavs. Kiki apparently included McD in the process much like Cuban does Steve/Mike/Dirk.
