CBS Sportsline did there NBA playoff seeding today. They state the rules correctly. The say that the best record is the first seed and the other division winner is the second seed. They then say that LA gets the second seed over Dallas because they hold the tiebreaker.

Uh, no. Dallas and LA aren't in the same division. Therefore, Dallas gets the second seed.

I hate idiocy in reputable news sources.

Well Doobster, CBS is'nt exactly a reputable NBA news source, NCAA maybe, but not NBA... never has been IMO.....So whaddya spect?

Does'nt surprise me anyway, for people like Peter Vescey to have made it as far as he has, it's not surprising in the least that there are such idiots out there.....
