Default Mavs sitting key players vs Chicago
A must win game, how in the world does the team sit guys with the playoffs on the line? I get that most here seem to embrace them losing last 2 but if this team was serious about winning, Josh Green, Cwood, and Kyrie should be out there. Seems like they banking on Memphis tanking tomorrow night.

I agree with you 💯 %

Unfortunately we are in the minority here

Most other fans prefer to see the team lose and then sit around and Cuban fuck on a high draft pick

I have absolutely no faith in this FO turning that pick into a top rank player. In fact I see them drafting a guy that will either turn into a bust or take 3 years just to contribute

By that time Luka might already have 1 foot out the door

Having said I hope Luka fucks up their plans tonight and go for 60 points in a win

I thought them days of missing the playoffs again were over after luka's rookie season and they would enjoy a long streak similar to Dirks teams that went like 10+ years of making the playoffs

I mean who wants to sir around and watch the fucking nba playoffs if your favorite team is sitting the fuck at home

Because if okc wins vs grizzlies they?ve 100% lost the play in and the pick. This way, they give themselves a chance at retaining the pick.

Either way the pick has value. We could jump up in the top 4 (though very unlikely) Also, some team may LOVE a guy at 10 and offer us two first round picks for 10. Or we could package the pick with 2027 for a pseudo-star. Or we can keep the pick and draft a good player. This is a good draft. If we keep the pick it?s hard to fuck up.

Tanking makes me sick to my stomach but I get it especially this year. They are going to look like fools if they get the 11th pick. This is a deep draft though you get a good pick in it like a top 10? It makes sense for the Mavs. I just don?t get why they didn?t commit to tanking sooner.

I can actually see that happening with this organization

Get everyone happy and excited to claim the 10th pick in the draft and then they fuck up on the draft pick
Odds are the pick will be a bust. Most years a lot of top 10 picks are busts?.but they will get a good prospect regardless.
