Problem is that the players run things these days. West can make some good trades, but Griffin makes the call on whether he stays or not.

I actually think a clean slate is the best possible start for West. The truth is the Clippers stagnated. They were/are dysfunctional, poorly built, and entirely overrated -- CP3 is the most overrated PG. Doc is the most overrated coach. Blake is the most overrated PF.

What next for them? I would clean ship personally. Fire Doc. Move Jordan. Try to keep Blake only to trade him later.
