Please help me
Recently, i just bought this supplement from the GNC. It requires me to take 3 rounded scoop of it.
My question is, what is a rounded scoop? Again, Please Help.

Jus do a full scoop without scraping the powder down to the level of the "scooper"...that would be a level scoop.
And please don't use a "pooper scooper" [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

Why don't you dig around the bucket and see if the scoop's hidden somewhere in there?
And SHAME ON YOU for buying something from GNC! Next time go to DPS Nutrition or, if you wanna stay local, Fresh Start (there's one in Las Colinas and one on Oaklawn) and surprisingly Smoothie Factory (not Smoothie King) have decent prices just slightly higher than online. I go through 1-2 10lb bags of whey protein a month, and if I went to GNC, I'd be paying almost $80 more per month just on protein alone! |

Wow. I bought a 6lb bag for $50. I go to the GNC because it's the only thing in my city, or at least the only place i heard about.

1 rounded scoop for GNC is 40 grams.
40 grams = 1.411 ounces. 3 rounded scoops = 4.233 ounces. 4.233 ounces = 0.265 pound, about a quarter of a pound.
