Disagree - if Peja can actually start hitting his shot, he'll stretch the floor and our offense should flow much better than it has the last 2 games...
He's much less of a liability when he scores three points for every two that he gives up.

1. If Peja gets hot he is a huge, huge asset to the offense. You can't just give up on him.
2. Dirk sitting in the 1st quarter wasn't really a problem. We scored 28 in the 1st quarter last game. There was no slow start, we scored 12 points in the first four minutes.

I think the two days rest will have helped Kidd a lot, and I expect a big game from him.

@WindhorstESPN Brian Windhorst
Chris Bosh is 2nd player in shot-clock era to take 15+ FG & make less than 30% in each of the first 2 Finals games. (Jerry West, '72)

That's the only time in his life that Chris Bosh will be compared to Jerry West...

Heat are about a billion times more comfortable and relaxed.

That seems weird. I don't recall a single tweet before Game 2 that the Heat looked tight.

btw.. Haywood is a huge pussy if he doesn't play. He needs to ask himself, "Would Dirk be playing with this injury?".

Fairly certain he won't play. Gonna need some guys to step up.

It's the f**king finals! Dirk's leg would need to be cut off for him to sit out... and I'm not even sure that would do it.
He needs to man up.

Is Haywood really not suting up? Put a jersey on Caron maybe it will humiliate it him and he would play.

Yeah, but if you can't run, you can't run. I don't even want him out there if he can't run down the court to play defense.

Underdog they not only win but win big and I mean big. The way Heat lost that last game they will not have the mental toughness to come back. LeBron mental toughness is not there.

Pivotal game of the series.
Crowd should shout and roar like its the god damn zombie apocalypse. Let those heat pricks feel the stampeding rage of our fellow maverick fans.
Team should play like their out to consume Lebron and Wade's flesh and very soul.
GO MAVS!

I think the team as a whole will try to limit their 3 point attempts after shooting 30 last game. I expect to see a ton of drives with calls being made. I also expect to see Tyson in foul trouble and us having to go small or go Ian unless Haywood wakes up with "a miracle".
I don't know if anyone has made this point but WOW were there only 4 FTs total in that last 7:30 of game 2 and only 8 total in the 4th quarter. Basketball looks a million times better without free throw parades.
|
I agree Basketball is better without the phantom calls. Chalmers is not a great point guy at all........I hope they play him at point a lot more tonite.

I am so pumped.
I'm away from home this week (from today till friday) on a workshop.
But at least the hotel where I'm staying has wi-fi
Sitting in my hotelroom right now. Can't wait for gametime. 5 long hours ahead of me.
My Macbook Pro is ready. Reception is good. League pass should be no problem.
Go Mavs!
The time is now!

Time to put one more nail in the Heats coffin.
What's with this fire RC if he sits Dirk in the first? Oh, my bad I forgot Dirk is the Uberman he should not sit the entire game. What is RC thinking?

Ok Mahinmi...time to prove your worth. Those 8-10 minutes you play if Haywood doesn't will be important.

Then it would be a fake injury, a diva injury always looks ese than it is. A Mavs injury is worse than it looks, see Caron pushing his kneecap back down and wood just walking off the floor, he didn't even ask for a cane, let alone a stretcher.

JET will have a big game today...he is very streaky and now its about time for big game....he and Chandler will feed off the home crowd and lead us to victory.
I expect big games from Wade and Lebron due to the humiliation of last game, but they will still loose.
