What, no Cowboys/Texans thread?
This is the official "junk game of the day" thread...
Texans by a million - book it!

I predict the Texans blitz the hell out of Bledsoe. Hopefully the coaches will call something that will beat the blitz this time.

Hurd is going to get fined for that facemask. That was a bad one.

I slept through the opening kickoff. Would one of you kind souls please let me know what happened? How far did Vandy hit it? Exactly how bad was that facemask? And why in the hell did Hurd commit another personal foul on the kickoff return!!?!!?

Hurd tackled the guy WITH the facemask. He never touched any part of the player except the facemask(it appeared) and he never let go until the guy was on the ground and he was still holding it! Very bad facemask imo.

Oh, in case you missed it. Bledsoe was sacked again in Dallas' first series. Yeah, yeah, it was the OL fault.

Thanks for the report. That sounds BRUTAL!
I did see the Bledsoe sack. So sad. This has been a comedy of errors thus far. In particular the fake fair catch call on Green for a ball twenty yards in front of him.
But...we seem to be setting things up well so that we can use our main weapon: McBriar!!
Boy, the CBS broadcast can damn near put you to sleep, even when you just woke up.

Yeah, I had to swith to the Ticket. Even with the delay it is better but Charlie Waters might have taken too many hits to the helmet during his playing days.

This game is all about protecting Bledsoe so he doesn't make mistakes. Practically playing scared.

Do the announcers seem to be going into overtime to defend Bledsoe today, or is it just me?

Nah they practically took his balls away from him.
This team has no dignity and the fans should not have to be patient with it anymore.

If you dont defend Bledsoe it might not be clear that everything that has ever gone wrong is TOs fault

Exactly. They are keeping everybody in to protect Bledsoe and aren't releasing anybody. Only the two receivers are going into pass patterns. Awful.

Yeah, he's #81. Remember, he's the guy that's played at a subpar level and then cries and blames it on everyone else.
I wish Roy Williams would accidentally break his leg again.

I hate that Jones signed TO. I said it then and Iwill say it now....it makes it hard to be a Cowboys fan.

The Cowboys have to score a TD here. You can't keep settling for FG's.

He had to make sure they weren't calling HIM for interference....which he arguably did.
