Not saying that makes him the perfect target, but we KNOW that skill translates into NBA minutes. Anytime you pick a player who ends up consistently playing rotation minutes in the league, that's a victory on some level.

Yeah, Mavs have had some pretty damn good shooters that couldn’t get much PT. Jenkins, Ellington and Broekoff come to mind.
