Bulls/Thunder I would watch. Heat/Thunder I would not watch.
I think Spurs or Lakers are coming out of the West this year.
Spurs or Lakers vs Heat or Bulls.
If I was forced to choose with a gun to my head, I would say Spurs vs Heat. (boring)

I think the three most entertaining first-round matchups are:
- Mavericks/Thunder (I think I'd say this objectively. It's a classic vet-upstart matchup.)
- Heat/Knicks (star power, classic rivalry)
- Grizz/Clips (most evenly matched)

Rose just went out with injury. Thanks NBAPA & Stern!
This is why the season deserves an asterisk.

Wow, Ty just got boned on an awful flagrant call. Although he's definitely losing his cool a bit out there.

I was about to say the same thing. I don't even get mad over watching games and this one is getting to me. Worst officiating I've seen in a lonnnngg time and LeBron is clearly going to try and flop his way to the ring this year.

Tyson Chandler had 0 points (0-3), 3 rebounds, 2 steals, 7 turnovers and 4 fouls in 21 minutes... Ouch.

Rose is done for the season with a torn ACL. Probably out until what? Christmas?

Probably yes. ACL normally means at least 6 month out.

Josh Howard: 0 points (0-4) and 2 turnovers in 16 minutes.
Devin Harris: 7 points (3-9), 2 assists and 5 turnovers in 27 minutes.
A combined 7 points and 7 turnovers - must be playoff time again...

WoW...incredibly stupid decision by Rondo. To get tossed in 4pt game and now is looking @ a suspension as well for bumping the ref.

I hope the Grizzlies expose that gimmick team known as the Clippers, they're currently kicking their asses 43-24. Let's go Grizz!

You can tell these are lockout playoffs. So many teams are getting blown out that shouldn't be.

It was not intentional. He did not expect the ref to stop and ended up catching the refs right leg increasing his forward momentum. When have you known Rondo to go that far? I really hope he is not suspended for that stupid call.

We think the Mavs sorta choked.
The Grizzlies were blowing out the Clippers the entire game at home, but the Clips end the game on a 28-3 run to win by 1.

I still think Memphis is gonna beat LAC.
And realizing that makes me a lot less cynical about losing game 1 to OKC.

Nah, Rondo is typically pretty calm. He definitely shouldn't have lost his cool like that but he didn't intentionally chest bump the ref. He should get a break for not having a Ron Artest H. Christ record and it being his first major offense.

Looked pretty intentional to me. If not then he was too damn close in the first place. Can't bump a ref, he gets a game.
That flagrant on Tyson is ridiculous. Lebron outweighs Tyson for gods sake.

Yeah I mean he was definitely too close and if he hadn't lost his cool it would've never happened in the first place.
And that Tyson thing is being blown up, everyone is calling him a dirty player and that he's 7,0 and could've hurt Lebron but everyone seems to forget the major size difference between LeBron and Lucas when LBJ pulled the same crap.
NY is my east coast team, so I hope they get their sh*t together and grab a win tonight, theres no reason they should be losing by 33 to Miami. Flop back for christ sake.

Did you watch the replays? He was certainly screaming behind the ref but the ref stopped right there and as Rondo was going forward he got tripped up with the refs leg. Rondo can be a stubborn player but going after a ref? Since when the hell has that happened?
As for the flagrant on Tyson, that was just disgusting.

Kobe just shot the Dirk. It did not look graceful.

It pisses me off every time I see Kobe and Kevin Durant using Dirk's jumper. Something about that is highly annoying to me...

Yes I agree and I'm glad I'm not the only one. What makes me even more angry is the "imitation is the sincerest form of flattery" to hell with that shit.
