Default Top GameScores in Mavs playoff history

I got a bit bored earlier today and decided to do a little research for the top GameScores in Mavs playoff history. I believe there have been 21 in the history of the franchise. Please forgive me if I missed any..It's not the easiest thing in the world to look up. If it is, I guess perhaps I'm just looking in the wrong spot. But here's the list:

game round points rebounds assists steals blocks turnovers game score result opponent age player
1 3 48 06 04 0 4 02 46.5 win Thun 32 Dirk
5 3 50 12 03 1 0 01 42.3 win Suns 27 Dirk
5 2 42 18 02 6 1 03 41.3 loss Spur 22 Dirk
3 1 42 10 03 2 1 02 37.8 win TrBl 24 Dirk

1 1 32 13 03 3 5 01 33.0 loss Kings 24 Dirk
5 3 31 08 03 5 2 02 32.9 win Spur 30 Finley
4 3 35 06 07 1 0 00 32.8 win Lake 00 Harper
4 2 34 07 07 1 2 02 32.6 win Nugg 00 Aguirre
4 1 38 05 02 3 1 03 31.7 win Rock 00 Aguirre
1 3 38 15 02 1 1 04 31.1 win Spur 24 Dirk
3 2 37 04 05 1 0 00 31.0 loss Kings 29 Finley

Sorry, still trying to figure out formatting

Highest point totals for a Mavs player in the playoff

1) 50pts - Dirk - vs. Suns - 27 years old
2) 48pts - Dirk - vs. Thunder - 32 years old
3) 46pts - Dirk - vs. Trailblazers - 24 years old
4) 44pts - Dirk - vs. Nuggets - 30 years old
5a) 43pts - Doncic - vs. Clippers - 21 years old
5b) 43pts - Blackman - vs. Trailblazers
7a) 42pts - Doncic - vs. Clippers - 21 years old
7b) 42pts - Dirk - vs. Trailblazers - 24 years old

But its also the era of inflated stats. You have to remember that Dirk spent half of his career in the time of 84-82 boxscores. And it was much more defense allowed

I started to use per100 possession stats to compare guys...

You don't think Luka would have lit it up in Dirk's era?

he would still be great no doubt
it's just the raw numbers are reflective of pace and era and officiating...

Great players would have been great anytime I think.

But his point is that Luka's lines seem relatively more impressive due to the high pace and more spacing that exists in today's NBA compared to the first half of Dirk's career.

I’m sure you remember Dirk’s break out game versus the Spurs. People were going crazy even though they lost when he went for 42-18-6. What we are seeing now is somewhat reminiscent. However, it’s a bit different I’m that Luka was already considered one of the best players in the world. That was Dirk’s big announcement to many. And from that point forward, he was one of the best players in the world.
