Does the rule say unnecessary roughness? If so then I think that the announcers and yourself could be right. If the nba refs typically determine that unnecessary roughness include not making a play to defend the play.

Couldn't happen to a nicer thug than snack however, he's given so many "inadvertant elbows" that he can't get enough flagrants for me. But if ericks was a flagrant 2 then snacks should have had him kicked out.

Yes he did and I"m not a stack-basher. But if he's going to play tentative and be a spot-up shooter then he's not much better than ejones and that's not good. If he's not helping the team ko'ach has to have the intelligence to note it and get it through to him that if we don't get out of this round, there is no other.

Stack's just not talented enough to play hurt.

damps was a flagrant 1. a flagrant 2 would have got him ejected. a flagrant 1 is unnecessary contact. a flagrant 2 is excessive unnecessary contact. if it had to do with making a play on the ball, all off the ball fouls and hack a shaq type fouls would be flagrants.

Very similar to how you'll never get beat by Dirk Bowitzki or Jason Derry.
