Default Camby Wins DPOY

http://www.nba.com/news/camby_defens...er_070427.html

Well deserved. Always wondered why the dude (injury prone, sure, but still) was overlooked by the likes of Ben Wallace.

Josh got 5 points off of a second place vote and two 3rd's. Devin got a 3rd, which I'm willing to bet was Followill.

How can someone win DPOY when their teams has let other teams score an average of 104 points a game?????

Because its an individual award, not a team award. I think he deserves it. Marion could have gotten it too.

Well deserved, it's good that he was able to stay relatively healthy this year.

When you play no perimeter defense at all and allow everyone to get to the basket at will, then you can have bloated block numbers and win DPOY. He should go out and thank his teammates for being such lousy defenders that he gets so many opportunities to contest shots at the rim.
