So funny...so for years now, the dems have been talking about how the fisa laws were shredding the constitution, rolling back all of or liberties, bringing on a police state, the greatest threat since global warming and then..

Oh shucks...better pass it.

It's quite funny actually to hear the democrat constituencies spinning so hard.

Now they are going to stick their feet in the ground and say "well we're not going to let the big bad telecoms off the hook" so that they can spin it even harder.

Quite hilarious.

Thank you! It's both sides too! I don't give a f if you are republican or democrat to be frank. I am neither. I classify myself as social libertarian.

Just have a real opinion about something instead of playing this school yard crap that noone cares about.

How many people are going to vote for Obama the second time around when we can all see that the military machine is still going in Iraq (like he has said it would if you listen carefully on the rare occasions when he actually talks content)?

It is somewhat hard to post real content in this election. Obama goes out of his way to avoid discussing real content. He is just all about the "change".

Everybody talks, nobody listens, and there's lots of name-calling - for some reason this is acceptable in the Political Arena, but we typically call this behavior "trolling" in the General Mavs Forum...

It would just be nice to have a "discussion" around here, rather than being subjected to "lectures" constantly...
