dallasbasketball.com reports that Finley is telling everyone the mavs are the team no one wants to play. He says everyone doesn't want us to play L.A. or Portland in the first round, but he thinks Portland or L.A. should be more scared of the Mavs than vice versa . . . San Antonio is the only team as hot over the past 10 games, our defense has improved dramatically post Howard trade as evilmav and fish have pointed out. Anyways, Finley is normally quite, passive, even a bit reserved. . . this firey approach is at least refreshing and quite deserved. Finley is the unquestionable leader of this team and the most consistant of the big 3. Nice to see we are commanding instead of begging for respect.

finpooch will have every team up for the mavs. but hey, that's what we want, intense playoff games that the mavs win
