This isn't dead...it's actually quite alive.

The manuscript was sent to the publisher last weekend and I will be getting my cover and interior design mockups next week.

If things go according to plan, this will hopefully be available on amazon by late March. I'm still working on specifics but a kindle version might be available.

Btw, that is why sometimes I have typos... hard to write in the GDT on it with accuracy.

My wife loves hers as well. I have a pad which I'm crazy about, but no flash is a whip. I need to purchase a browser that supports it.

Putting in my vote for the ebook. I am strictly an ebook buyer these days - it's less hassle to purchase and, more importantly, I don't have to worry about books cluttering up my house. Plus there is just something nice about not having to remember where you put this book or that book. Just pick up your kindle and start tearing into it.

The interior design mock up has been approved.

The last step is for them to fully format the book and mail me the finished product (2-3 weeks). Once i approve that (as long as there aren't any edits necessary), it will be live for purchase on amazon one week later.

If anyone has any good insight for domains and web stuff, please hit me up.

Also, still need more insight for it an e-book option is one that favors many.

Gotta go with the e-book route. I love reading on my kindle and a lot of the previous posters already highlighted the advantages. However, I know I'll be getting both ebook and actual print. Up to the person really..

The publisher screwed up a few things on the interior which need to be fixed. That's going to add another 2 weeks to the process. It's going to be available online, through the publisher and on Amazon. It will be available for e-book purchase, apple and kindle friendly.

The retail price for the book is still TBD. I really don't have a lot of say, just suggestions. I will be able to control the price of the e-book since I will be releasing that on my own. When I have more information, I'll relay it.

All I'll say is the book is incredibly thorough (i.e. lengthy). The goal, for me, was to make this THE definitive book and a historical look at the ups and downs of the season. My own personal story is just a little layer added to it.

Based on what people have read, I think you'll enjoy what's in there about me...as long as you can handle the actual story (which is the team). My story just ties together in a nice way.

It's a self-publisher avenue, but you'll still be able to purchase it through Amazon.
