DEFENSE!

If I have learned one thing about the Mavericks its that they can look like two different teams in any given half...when our defense picked up in the 2nd half last night agains the Kings, we looked like a whole different team. Our shots just happend to start falling whereas they werent necessarily in the later part of the 1st and all of the 2nd...coincidence?

The obvious observation is this:

When our defense is clicking, we seem to run our offense alot smoother and shoot a higher percentage.

When only our offense alone is clicking, we seem to break down BIGTIME on the defense side....everybody already knows the significance of defense and how it had been pretty bad for us, but I just thought I would make the correlation on how it affected us in the Kings game last night....they have GOT to start focusing on defense!...hopefully they will soon and when they figure that out, I think this team will get significantly better!

With us, DEFENSE fuels the Offense, not the other way around!!!!
