Nope. Kidd's defense is actually a downgrade over what we have right now. He's averaging under 4 assists this year. that wouldn't be different if he was here. Several times this season he's been unable to finish games basically due to exhaustion as he just can't keep up with the rest the players on the court. In February he only shot 19 pct (though he's done a bit better this month). Without the offensive production from our guards (especially when Dirk was out) we'd be in even worse shape. I do miss Kidd's court vision, but the man is pushing 40...
